Why didn’t Eagles make a deal at trade deadline?

PHILADELPHIA — The trade deadline just so happened to coincide with the Presidential election this year. The good news for NFL fans is that they didn’t have to wait until later in the week for the results to come in.
Unfortunately for the Eagles and their fans, general manager Howie Roseman, an admitted trade-aholic, was unable to make a deal to strengthen his team before Tuesday’s 4 p.m. deadline.
